By accessing or using Qorteks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Qorteks is an AI agent platform that allows users to create automated agents that monitor various data sources and deliver alerts. The Service queries publicly available APIs and databases on your behalf.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated tools to abuse API rate limits
5. Data and Content
Your Data: You retain ownership of the queries and configurations you create. We do not claim ownership of your agent configurations.
Third-Party Data: Results from agents may include data from third-party sources (OpenAlex, SEC EDGAR, etc.). This data is subject to the terms of those respective sources.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any data returned by agents. Always verify information from original sources.
6. Service Tiers and Limits

Exceeding your tier limits may result in throttling or suspension of service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorteks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
